How much space do your employees have left in their Gmail accounts?

Every day, billions of emails are being sent. At the same time, enormous files are being uploaded to cloud storage at an all mighty pace.

Whether you have a file size policy in place or not, it’s only a matter of time before team member’s Gmail accounts are 100% full. Bear in mind, that Google Drive uses this storage space too.

Luckily, unlimited storage is now an option. We’ll explain more below, but firstly are you aware of what happens when your Gmail storage is full?

  • You won’t be able to send any emails, and
  • Incoming emails will not be received.

Those missing incoming emails can include new sales leads, orders and customer support queries. And lets face it, that’s not a good look for any business.

As with most things, prevention is better than the cure. Have your team simply login to Gmail > Settings > Accounts to view their current storage capacity and usage. When anyone starts to near capacity, there’s a quick and easy solution that will offer you unlimited storage.

Google have just released a second Gmail for Business option: G Suite Business. The Business option offers unlimited storage (5+ users), allowing you to avoid an email crisis in the office. The storage is spread across your Google services, so you’ll have peace of mind when it comes to storing important files too.

You can sign up for G Suite Business here, or any of the team at Phancybox can help with the swap. Simply email Judy to get the ball rolling.
